While our prices don’t include delivery, we’re more than happy to set up a Door-to-Door delivery anywhere in the world. Just let us know in your order form, and we’ll factor in the shipping costs in our pro-forma invoice. A heads-up: our standard shipping covers ground floor delivery. If your item needs to be lifted to a different level, just give us a shout before we ship it out. This might adjust the shipping cost, and we want to make sure everything’s crystal clear.
Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, you’re welcome to swing by and collect your order in person or arrange your own courier. In the latter case, please provide us with the courier name, service, and account details. We’ll then send over the weight and dimensions of the package.
Payment’s a breeze with a bank transfer and is due within five business days from the invoice date. If we don’t receive payment or proof of payment within this timeframe, the invoice gets automatically cancelled, and the items go back up for grabs. Once payment’s sorted, we’ll swiftly arrange delivery or pickup. Please note: international customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All our items ship from Antwerp, Belgium, and we take extra care to ensure they arrive safe and sound. Whether it’s boxing them up with plenty of bubble wrap and polyester popcorn or offering crating for sea freight, we’ve got you covered. Rest easy knowing every sold item is insured for its sale price and comes with a tracking number. We’ll provide all the info you need to receive your package once it’s shipped out.
If for any reason orders aren’t collected or need to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, it’s on the purchaser to sort it out. So, before you hit that order button, double-check those delivery details. Any discrepancies or unclaimed parcels fall under the purchaser’s responsibility to resolve with their local postal/courier service. And if a package does get returned to us because of insufficient or incorrect info or if it’s unclaimed, remember, the delivery and return costs are on you.

Since our stock has a history, signs of aging and general wear are par for the course. But hey, that’s part of their charm! And it’s also reflected in our prices.
While we make every effort to ensure our items are in sound, safe, and sale-able condition, all items are sold as seen. We’re not the manufacturers, so we can’t make any performance, safety, or quality guarantees. If you’re using items commercially, it’s a good idea to do your own safety assessment.
Now, onto returns. If you’re an EU customer and want to return an item bought online, any additional postal, shipping, or courier costs are on you. Just make sure to send it back within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for overseas/non-EU customers.
Remember, any return request should be made within 14 days of delivery. After that, we can’t accept returns.
It’s up to you to arrange the return, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Once we receive the returned item in the same condition it was sent out, we’ll issue the refund. Don’t forget to share your bank details with us so we can transfer the funds right away.
Any reclamations should be made within 5 days of delivery. Past that deadline, we won’t be able to assist you. If the item you bought online doesn’t match the condition and pictures on our website, we’ve got you covered. For EU customers, any additional postal, shipping, or courier costs are on us. Just make sure to file the claim within 5 days of delivery.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, snap some pics of it on delivery and email them to us within 48 hours. We’ll need pictures of the shipping tag, the package inside and out, and the damages. Hold onto all the original wrapping – it’s crucial for the claims process.
While packages are usually insured, getting a refund for damaged items during transport isn’t always a sure thing. Each courier has its own rules and terms, so it’s important to file a claim within 3 days of arrival. And remember, if a package looks damaged on the outside, don’t accept it from the carrier. Signing for delivery in good condition makes it tough to prove damage during transport.
Be patient during the claim process – it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. We’ll only issue a refund once we receive a positive confirmation from the courier.
